チューニング・プロジェクト(チューニング) Tuning Project
学位構造や単位互換制度の共通化を下敷きに、分野ごとに目標とするコンピテンシーの内容・水準、教授学習法、評価法等を調整（チューニング：tuning）し、相互通用性を高めるためのプロジェクト。欧州高等教育圏の創出に向けて2000年に始まったもので、欧州各国間のモビリティを促進することを目的とする。現在では、欧州域外でもこれに倣った試みがなされるようになっている。
Tuning Project チューニング・プロジェクト(チューニング)
A project aimed at increasing mutual recognition through the tuning of the content and standards of target competences, teaching and learning methods, and evaluation methods in each field, underpinned by the standardization of academic degree structures and credit transfer systems. It was launched in 2000 with a view to launch European Higher Education Area and aims to encourage mobility in the area. Initiatives modeled on this project are now being implemented outside Europe.
