第三者評価 Third-Party Evaluation
評価対象機関とは独立した第三者組織によって選定された評価者及び評価項目等によって行われる評価。評価対象機関自身が評価者及び評価項目等を決める外部評価とは区別される。
Third-Party Evaluation 第三者評価
The type of evaluation in which evaluators are selected and standards are stipulated by a third-party organization independently of the institution being evaluated. It differs from external evaluation in that evaluators and standards are determined by the institution being evaluated in external evaluation.
