コース・ナンバリング Course Numbering
授業科目に学問分類と学習のレベルを示したコード（アルファベットと番号）を付すことで、学習の段階や順序等を表し、教育課程の体系性を明示する仕組み。学生が授業科目を選択する助けとなる。また、他大学との単位互換の際に、互換する科目の位置づけの理解を容易にする利点がある。
Course Numbering コース・ナンバリング
A mechanism for indicating the stage and sequence of learning by assigning to a subject an alphanumeric code showing the field and level of study, thereby demonstrating the systematic nature of an academic program. It assists students when choosing subjects. It also has the advantage of aiding comprehension of the positioning of compatible subjects when undertaking credit transfer with other universities.
