独立行政法人 大学改革支援・学位授与機構大学質保証ポータル

都道府県や市町村等の地方公共団体又はそれらが設立する公立大学法人が設置・管理する大学。地方公共団体は、法人化した公立大学の業務に係る財源の一部に充てるため、公立大学法人に対して毎事業年度、運営費交付金を交付している。公立大学法人は、毎事業年度の終了後、地方独立行政法人評価委員会の評価を受けることが義務付けられている。

A university established and managed by a local government body, such as a prefectural or municipal government, or by a public university corporation established by a government body. Every business year, local governments provide a management expense grant for public university corporations to partially fund the operations of public university corporations. Public university corporations are obliged to undergo evaluation by the Local Incorporated Administrative Agency Evaluation Committee after the end of each business year.
