高大接続改革 High School/University Articulation Reforms
2014年12月の中央教育審議会答申で提言されるとともに、2015年１月に国としての具体的な改革実行プランが策定された高等学校教育改革、大学教育改革、大学入学選抜改革を一体として展開する政策。高等教育に関する主な改革内容として、大学入学者選抜改革の下、2019年度で大学入試センター試験が廃止され、2020年度から大学入学共通テストが導入されること、大学教育の質的な転換に向けて、「三つの方針」（卒業認定・学位授与の方針、教育課程編成・実施の方針、入学者受入れの方針）の一体的な策定と公表を大学に義務付けるとともに、2018年度から認証評価の共通評価項目となったことが挙げられる。
High School/University Articulation Reforms 高大接続改革
An integrated package of policy reform of high school education, university education and university admission selection recommended in a December 2014 report by the Central Council for Education, with a plan for implementing specific reforms drawn up by the government in January 2015.
In terms of the main content of the higher education reforms: the university admission selection reforms saw the National Center Test for University Admissions abolished in 2019-20 and replaced in 2020-21 with the Common Test for University Admissions. In addition, the reforms imposed on universities an obligation to formulate and publish a set of three policies (diploma policy, curriculum policy and admission policy), which became common evaluation items in certified evaluation and accreditations in 2018-19.
