厚生補導組織 Welfare and Guidance Organization
大学等の教育上の目的に応じた正課外の諸活動における様々な指導、援助等（課外活動、奨学支援、保健指導、キャリア支援を含む）を組織的に行うために大学が編制する、専属の教員又は職員等を置く組織。

A unit which each university is obligated to install for the purpose of providing various forms of guidance and support for students' life on campus, including extracurricular activities, scholarship support, health guidance and career support, equipped with dedicated academic or administrative staff.
