教職協働 Collaboration between Academic and Administrative Staff

大学等は、当該大学の教育研究活動等の組織的かつ効果的な管理運営を図るため、当該大学の教員と事務職員等とが適切な役割分担の下、必要な連携体制を確保し、これらの者の協働(教職協働)により職務を行うことが求められている。

Collaboration between Academic and Administrative Staff 教職協働

Universities and colleges are required to develop the necessary collaborative frameworks to define an appropriate division of roles between academic and administrative staff and to ensure that these staff members work in partnership (engage in collaboration between academic and administrative staff) to carry out their duties, in order to facilitate the systematic and effective management of education and research activities at that institution.
