学習者がそれまでの学習で修得した理論的知識を応用して実際的な課題の解決策を提示するプロジェクトにグループ又は個人で取り組み、その実践プロセスが評価される教育プログラム。一般に最終学年に配置され、学習の到達点を示す。
Capstone Program キャップストーン・プログラム
Capstone programs are generally undertaken in the last year of study. They are the culmination of a learner’s studies and are an education program in which learners work individually or as a group on a project requiring them to apply the theoretical knowledge they have gained through their studies up to that point to solving a real-life problem and are assessed on the practical process of doing so.
