教育支援者 Educational Support Staff
教育の目的を達成するために全学又は学部・研究科等に配置される事務職員、技術職員、図書職員を指す。機構が定める認証評価の基準では、大学等に対し、教育課程の遂行のために、教員だけでなく教育支援者の配置のほか、研修等の実施により、教育支援者の質を維持し、向上させるための組織的取組みを求めている。
Educational Support Staff 教育支援者
Administrative staff, technical staff and library staff employed across a University or in faculties/graduate schools to achieve educational objectives. The standards for certified evaluation and accreditation stipulated by NIAD-QE require universities and colleges to employ support staff to deliver academic programs and to implement systematic initiatives to maintain and improve the quality of educational support staff through training.
