進級制 Progress Restriction
一学年を終了するにあたって学習成果が一定水準に達しない学生に対し、次学年配当の授業科目の履修を全部又は一部認めない若しくは制限する制度であり、法科大学院では、進級制が通例である。
Progress Restriction 進級制
This is a system under which students who have failed to achieve course learning outcomes by the end of the year are not permitted to progress and are restricted from enrolling in some or all of the subjects allocated to the following year of study or are subject to restrictions; progress restriction is the norm at law schools.
